NSW real estate CPD courses for 2026–2027

Compulsory for class 1 and class 2 holders in the 2026–2027 year (1 July 2026 – 30 June 2027). Salespeople and buyers agents need 7 interactive hours from an approved provider — self-paced study alone does not count. EDUTIVE is listed on the NSW Fair Trading CPD page.

Interactive webinar vs self-paced
Compulsory topics must be interactive. A downloadable module on its own is not enough.
NSW Fair Trading requires compulsory CPD to be delivered in an interactive training environment — face-to-face (maximum 40 attendees) or an interactive webinar (maximum 25 attendees) — and it must include an assessment. Self-paced study alone does not satisfy compulsory CPD.

Residential salespeople and buyers agents both complete 7 hours across 4 compulsory topics. The topic lists differ — they are spelled out in the pathway cards below.
