EDUTIVE was founded with a simple belief: CPD should not feel like a box-ticking exercise. NSW real estate professionals deserve training that is clear, relevant, and respectful of their time.
Since becoming an approved CPD provider in 2021, we have supported hundreds of agents — from solo operators to large agencies — through every stage of the annual compliance cycle. What started as online courses has grown into a platform that also includes a CPD Tracker with your course enrolment.

The NSW CPD year runs from 1 July to 30 June. Licence and certificate of registration holders must complete their compulsory CPD within that period. NSW Fair Trading may suspend or cancel a licence, or issue penalties, if requirements are not met on time.
Yes, as long as it's live and interactive. NSW Fair Trading doesn't accept self-paced online study on its own for compulsory CPD, but a live interactive webinar with an assessment does count. All EDUTIVE courses are run as live webinars, with online lessons and quizzes to support them.
Yes. EDUTIVE is an approved NSW Fair Trading CPD provider. Our compulsory topics are aligned with the current CPD year mandates for NSW real estate professionals, including Class 1, Class 2, and certificate of registration holders.
Yes. As an approved provider of mandatory CPD, EDUTIVE must provide course information and contact details for individuals who complete training with us, as a condition of approval. You should still keep your own CPD records — licence holders for 3 years, and certificate of registration holders for 4 years.
Your certificate is issued when all course requirements are met: attendance at required interactive sessions, completion of lesson quizzes and written assessments, and verification of your licence details. Once those are done, the certificate is available to download from your EDUTIVE account.
Requirements depend on your licence category and area of practice. For example, residential real estate salespeople typically need a minimum of 7 hours of interactive training covering compulsory CPD topics from an approved provider. Choose an EDUTIVE package matched to your licence type to cover the topics Fair Trading requires for the current CPD year.
