What do I need to do to complete this course?

Accepted Answer

To receive your certificate of completion for NSW CPD compliance, you must: Written assessments are marked manually by the Edutive training team, typically within one business day of submission via the student portal. Your certificate is issued automatically once all sessions, quizzes, and assessments are complete, your written work is graded, and your licence information has been verified. Attend all interactive sessions (face-to-face or live webinar, depending on the intake you select) Complete all self-paced lesson quizzes in the student portal Submit compulsory written assessment responses

How long do I have access to the course?

After purchase, you have 12 months of access to course materials on the Edutive platform. To count toward your current NSW CPD year, you must finish all requirements before the annual deadline of 30 June.

Can I complete my CPD entirely online?

Accepted Answer

No. NSW compulsory CPD topics cannot be completed through self-paced online study alone. All compulsory topics must be delivered in an interactive training environment — either face-to-face or via an interactive live webinar — and must include an assessment activity. Edutive packages combine these live sessions with supported online learning and quizzes.

What are the requirements for online interactive webinars?

NSW Fair Trading requires compulsory CPD to be delivered interactively, with assessment. Where your enrolment includes live online interactive webinars, you must attend personally — the enrolled learner must be the person on camera. Full conditions are set out in our Terms of Service. Use your own EDUTIVE account — do not share logins or allow someone else to attend for you Join with a working camera and microphone; keep your camera on and remain visible for the full session (unless the trainer briefly authorises otherwise) Present photo ID and your NSW Fair Trading licence or certificate of registration when asked, so we can verify your identity Participate actively and complete all in-session activities, polls, and assessments If these requirements are not met, we may record the session as incomplete and a Certificate of Completion may not be issued
