Beyond the compulsory topics for your area of practice, Class 1 agents have two further requirements for the current CPD year.
Class 1 Agents need to complete NSW Fair Trading accredited event(s), in addition to the required CPD for their area of practice.
Details of the event and prescribed topics for the 2026–27 CPD year will be published on the NSW Fair Trading website.

Fair Trading will share further guidance once AUSTRAC finalises how the training will be delivered.
