FAQs
Is your training approved by NSW Fair Trading?
Yes, we are an approved CPD provider. All our compulsory topics are strictly aligned with the mandates set by NSW Fair Trading for the current CPD year.
What is the deadline for NSW CPD?
The CPD year for all licence and certificate holders starts on 1 July each year and ends on 30 June the following year.
How long do I have to keep my CPD records?
It is a licence or certificate holder’s responsibility to ensure you meet your mandatory CPD requirements every year. Licence and certificate holders must keep their own records of any compulsory topics completed.

Licence holders (class 1 and class 2) must keep all records for 3 years. Certificate of registration holders must keep all records for 4 years.
Can I complete my CPD entirely online?

All compulsory topics must be delivered in an interactive training environment, which can be face-to-face or an interactive webinar, and must include an assessment activity.

Yes. As an Approved Provider of mandatory CPD, we must provide course information and contact details for individuals who have completed CPD training with our organisation, as part of our conditions of approval.
What happens if I don’t complete my CPD on time?
NSW Fair Trading may suspend or cancel your licence if you fail to comply with CPD requirements. They may also issue fines or penalty notices. It is critical to finish your training before the deadline.
