Do I have to complete the course in one sitting?
Yes and No. Our course is supported by our online learning platform, which is fully self-paced. You can start a module, pause it when you get busy or need to attend an inspection, and resume exactly where you left off later. Your progress is saved automatically.

However, unlike previous years, you are no longer able to complete CPD fully by online self-paced training. You must attend a face-to-face training or online interactive webinars.
Is the face-to-face training or online webinars compuslory?
Yes, unlike previous years, you are no longer able to complete CPD fully by online self-paced training. You must attend a face-to-face training or online interactive webinars.
Are there assessments or exams?
Yes, NSW Fair Trading requires assessments to verify competency. These are typically short multiple-choice quizzes at the end of each module and a written question assessment. You must achieve a specific pass rate to mark the module as complete.
What happens if I don't pass a quiz on the first try?
Don't worry. You have unlimited attempts to retake the quizzes. You can review the course material and try again until you pass. There are no extra fees for retaking assessments.
How long do I have access to the course?
Once purchased, you have 12 months of access to the course material. However, remember that you must complete the training before the CPD deadline (30 June) to remain compliant for the current year.
Is there a time limit for each module?
Each module has an allocated time (e.g., 1 hour) based on the content volume. You must spend the required amount of time on the content to meet NSW Fair Trading requirements before the certificate can be released.
I’ve finished all modules. Where is my certificate?
Once all progress bars reach 100%, all quizzes are passed and you have attended all required training sessions, your Certificate of Completion will automatically appear in the "My Certificates"section of your dashboard. You can download it as a PDF.
