This bundle is for Class 1 & Class 2 Agents - Real Estate Salespeople who are unable to complete 5 hours of CPD training in an interactive environment. This course is delivered via Online Module. It includes 3.5 hours of compulsory topics and 5 hours of elective topics. Total 8.5 CPD hours.

Compulsory Topics (3.5 Hours):

• Introduction to work health and safety obligations in residential sales and property management
• New Supervision Guidelines for real estate agencies
• Introduction to strata for residential salespeople

Elective Topics (5 Hours):

• Conflict Resolution and Management Skills in the Real Estate Industry (2.5 Hours)
• Frustrated Agreements in Australia – Understanding and Managing (2.5 Hours)

Please note, you also need to complete 1.5-hour CPD Course Underquoting and price misrepresentations. This is an online course delivered by NSW Fair Trading and TAFE NSW, with input from the Real Estate Institute of NSW. All residential Salespeople are required to complete the course by 30 June 2025.
