Class 2 Agent CPD Course

– Real Estate, Strata Management, or Dual Licence Holders

CPD training requirements for Class 2 agents are same as Class 1 agents.

In the 2025-26 CPD year (1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026), licensed agents must complete all compulsory topics relevant to their licence category and area of practice.

Note: only Class 1 agents need to attend NSW Fair Trading accredited event.

Unlike previous years, you are no longer able to complete CPD by online self-paced training.

Residential Salespeople, buyers Agent, and Property Manager
7 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider, covering 4 compulsory CPD topics.
Short-Term Residential Property Manager
4 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider, covering 3 compulsory CPD topics.
Commercial Real Estate Agents or business Brokers
5 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider, covering 4 compulsory CPD topics.
Strata licence category holders
4 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering 3 compulsory CPD topics, and 1 hour completing the additional mandatory online TAFE module on disclosures and fiduciary duty.
